✅ Returns Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized or personalized products (Like Customized or personalized T-shirts, gift items etc.) cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Photo and video proof of the unboxing process is mandatory to claim any return, exchange, or refund for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Items bought during sales or clearance events
Personal use items (e.g., innerwear) for hygiene reasons.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We accept exchanges for size issues or defective products.
